George Bush recently announced a "crackdown" on illegal aliens. This move may be a push to force Congress to bring up another immigration bill.
Bush, Michael Chertoff, and Carlos Gutierrez (Commerce Secretary) have called for another "comprehensive" immigration bill "and put the onus on Congress for any (negative) consequences that may be suffered by employers as a result of the stepped-up enforcement effort." [1]
In the months ahead Americans should be on the lookout for a particular piece of legislation, probably hidden in a comprehensive immigration bill that, if inacted, would strike a fatal blow to American sovereignty and bring about the eventual end of the United States, literally.
If past immigration bills are a guide, new legislation would provide for the implementation of a common security perimeter around North America, which would open up the interior borders to the eventual free flow of citizens (Americans, Canadians, and Mexicans) anywhere within the security perimeter.
This common security perimeter is an important part of a union of North America. The idea of North American integration (Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America) was agreed to by Bush and the leaders of Canada and Mexico at Waco, Texas on March 23, 2005. It is based on a plan by the Council on Foreign Relations which calls for a North American Community; a deep integration of all three nations, including institutions for a North American government. This includes an inter-parliamentary group, a permanent tribunal, and a North American Competitiveness Council.[2]
The NACC, 10 CEOs from each nation, has been institutionalized and is advising (directing) the three leaders on the construction of what will become a regional government of North America with sovereignty over the three member states. [3]
According to the CFR plan for Building a North American Community, the only way to achieve this security perimeter is through "specific policy, STATUTORY, and procedural changes in all three nations." [4]
For the past two years, the legislation for building this common security perimeter has been placed in every immigration bill; on the Senate side through the efforts of CFR member John McCain. McCain was also a co-sponsor of a separate bill, S. 853, which was sponsored by Richard Lugar. But it failed to pass.
The following info will show you what to look for. As each new version of the immigration bill was offered up, wording and numbering of the common security perimeter sections were sometimes changed in order to confuse those few congressmen who read it.
S. 853 North American Cooperative Security Act
SEC. 3, (a) "Not later than 6 months after the enactment of this Act, and every 6 months thereafter, the Secretary of State, with the Secretary of Homeland Security and the Secretary of Defense...shall submit a joint report...[with] a description of the efforts to carry out this section..."
SEC. 3, (7), (E) The following project- "developing and implementing a North American immigration strategy that works toward the development of a COMMON SECURITY PERIMETER (my caps) by enhancing technical assistance for programs and systems to support and advance automated reporting and risk targeting of international passengers."
SEC. 5 Improving the security of Mexico's Southern Border
This wording directs that efforts also be made to aid Mexico in gaining control of its border with Belize and Guatemala, thus completing the common security perimeter. [5]
It means that with a security perimeter around North America all foreigners will be cleared through ports of entry in any of the three member states. Once cleared, they are considered cleared throughout North America and can travel without delays. Imports will also be cleared in the same manner and will be transported by highway and rail, eventually, throughout North America on transportation corridors - without stopping at the border.
In addition, systems such as biometric identifiers, passport cards, and Real ID will enable citizens to move freely throughout North America. They will be free to "live and work" anywhere inside the perimeter. There will be no immigration problem because all citizens inside the perimeter will be citizens of North America.
S. 2611 Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act of 2006
This bill has the same wording as S. 853
SEC. 113, (3), (E), a common security perimeter.
SEC. 114, Aid to Mexico in order to secure Mexico's southern border. [6]
The last bill. S. 1639, June 19, 2007, also failed to pass. It was put together by Ted Kennedy with help from John McCain. It had a number of entries devoted to securing the border of North America but with language spread out over the legislation and carefully worded to confuse the reader. Three sections describe the new attempt to direct construction of a common security perimeter around North America.
S. 1639, SEC. 126 Surveillance Plan
(a) "The Secretary shall develop a comprehensive plan for the systematic surveillance of the international land and maritime borders of the United States."
Instead of securing our southern border with Mexico, we are to secure the entire border surrounding the United States. You don't see the term "common security perimeter" and "North America" together.
SEC. 127, (f) "Nothing in this section or section 111 may be construed to relieve the Secretary of the reponsibility to take all actions necessary and appropriate to achieve operational control over the entire land and maritime borders of the United States."
SEC. 133, (e) Divergence From Priorities
"The Commissioner may diverge from the priority order if the Commissioner determines that significantly changed circumstances, such as immediate security needs or changes in infrastructure in MEXICO or CANADA (my caps) alter the need for a project in the united States. [7]
Note that Mexico and Canada will be working on their part of the common security perimeter at the same time, coordinating their efforts with the United States. The security perimeter is supposed to be operational within 18 months after the bill becomes law and the infrastructure is in place and certified.
The odds are that any new immigration bill will have a provision for this common security perimeter for North America hidden somewhere in it. This legislation is essential for the union of North America to proceed.
It's also essential for Americans to remain vigilant. Get a copy of new immigration bills and check for youself. Let your representatives know that you expect them to examine all legislation with riders attached. The fate of our nation is at stake.

According to Jorge Ramos, "...the United States is undergoing a true demographic revolution. Some like to call it "La Reconquista." The same territories that Mexico lost to the United States in 1848-Arizona, Texas, California...and many others that did not form part of the Mexican Republic-such as Florida and Illinois-are experiencing a genuine cultural INVASION...in many of these places Spanish predominates over English and they sell more tortillas and hot sauce than bagels and ketchup..." [1]
Ramos immigrated from Mexico in 1983 and still keeps his Mexican citizenship. Since 1986 he has been the anchorman for Univision's Noticieros news from Miami. He has written several books, won 7 Emmys, and does a lot of talking about the new America, which will be a place where Latinos are dominant (including politically) and Spanish is the language spoken.
Assimilating into American culture? Forget it. He spoke for the Hispanic population when he said: " The idea of the melting pot is a myth. The European immigrants-Italians, Germans and Poles, that preceded the Latinos assimilated rapidly to the American culture. But the Latinos have achieved the feat of integrating economically to the United States without losing their culture." [2]
In a story by Steve Sailer ( August 1, 2004) Ramos again weighed in on the Reconquista: "But while no fighting is taking place on the military or legal fronts, there is fighting going on culturally. It's the Reconquest. The Latinos are culturally reconquering lands that once were part of the Spanish empire..." A clear admission that the Reconquista is a fact and America is being invaded. [3]
Rachel Urango, writing on the William C.Velasquez Institute website: "The rest of the nation is becoming more like Southern California as the much talked-about 'Latinization' of America slowly accelerates. In June (2005), the Census Bureau reported that Latinos in the United States topped 40 million, with about a third of them in California. The report was followed by news that Texas had become a minority-majority population, thanks in part to the Latino population. Now five other states are in line, including Arizona. The Latino population is expected to triple over the next half century...there's no doubt that the Latino influence that has shaped the Los Angeles region will increasingly shape the nation." [4]
Institutions are also jumping on this train. The University of Oklahoma Outreach program offers workshops on this topic. One is called Beyond Black and White: Preparing Higher Education for the Latinization of America.
Part 1- The Latinization/Browning of America
"Having already surpassed African/Americans in sheer numbers, with population increases...projected to continue at a rapid pace, Latinos will doubtless come to play an increasingly MAJOR ROLE in both the society at large and our institutions of higher education." [5]
Harvard professor Samuel P. Huntington wrote 'The Hispanic Challenge' In Public Policy, April, 2004: "[t]he persistence of Hispanic immigrants threatens to divide the United States into two people, two cultures, and two languages...The United States ignores this challenge at its peril... Demographically, socially, and culturally, the reconquista (reconquest) of the Southwest United States by Mexican immigrants is well underway." [6]
Latinos (Mexicans) across America are talking about more than reconquering the American Southwest. They have the momentum and they feel, with absolute certainty, that they can have it all. With corporations, the president and congress as their allies, the odds are in their favor. The American people stand alone.
The peoples' victory over the latest amnesty/North American union bill is just a small roadblock for those who would destroy our nation. The administration and members of congress are now plotting their next move, such as hiding pieces of legislation in major bills, counting on legislators to avoid close scrutiny. It's up to American citizens to make sure they fail in their conspiracy.

The borders could have been secured and those 6 million illegal immigrants who arrived here during Bush's term would still be in Mexico and America would be much better off today. But Bush has made it clear by his words and inaction that he opposes efforts to control our borders, especially with Mexico. And yet, there are people who still offer solutions for shutting down the unchecked flood of Mexicans crossing our southern border, saying "if only Bush would do this."
Make a note. George Bush doesn't want to secure our borders. He has a plan designed by corporate America, called the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP). He and the leaders of Mexico and Canada agreed to integrate all three nations into an economic union of North America at a meeting in Waco, Texas on March 23, 2005. It is to be a free trade showcase for the rest of the hemisphere, a prelude to that united "corporation" of the Americas. The SPP goal is to enable workers from the United States, Mexico, and Canada to "live and work" anywhere in North America for cheap wages. This new union would have "improve[d] labor mobility within the continent" of North America, with a target date of 2010. [CFR plan , pp. 19,26,27,28, see below]
Go just about anywhere in America and you will have no problem finding illegal aliens from Mexico living and working here. By allowing this saturation of our nation with cheap Mexican labor, Americans (younger Americans) will consider this the norm after years of North American indoctrination by the schools and media. When that common security perimeter ( allowing relaxed internal borders) has been established around North America as a result of Congressional legislation, ie. another immigration bill, the face of what used to be our nation will change forever. Demographically, the Latinization and disintegration of America will continue throughout this century.
During that time, the former United States of America and the world will experience neither security nor prosperity.

Thanks to the efforts by millions of patriotic Americans, the illegal alien amnesty bill was defeated by a vote of 46 to 53. It put a stop, at least for the next two years (?), to the corporate attempt to legalize up to 20 million illegals and to open our borders to the free flow of commerce (building up our trade deficit) and people (cheap labor), an important part of this "economic" union of North America.
The secure borders plan in S. 1639 would have put in place a security perimeter around the United States while Mexico and Canada were securing their land and maritime borders (at least on paper). [S. 1639, Section 127 (a) and Section 133]
Trucks and other transportation would then be able to bring goods across our border on that NASCO superhighway ( North America Super Corridor Coalition) from ports on Mexico's west coast, stopping only when they reach a Mexican customs port to be located in Kansas City, Missouri.
Wal-Mart (China-Mart) and Hutchison Whampoa are adding a "$300 million expansion of Mexico's Pacific port of Lazaro Cardenas. Corporations could then bring in (contaminated) products made with cheap labor from China, unloaded by cheap Mexican labor and transported to Kansas City by cheap Mexican drivers. No Americans need apply.
The U.S. government conspirators (the bill was developed in secret) were shell-shocked at the defeat of the amnesty bill by a "minority" of outraged Americans (they believed their own polls).
Secretary Michael Chertoff, Homeland Security, said:
"I'm disappointed about the fact that there were some necessary tools which we needed to be able to do more than we can currently do in enforcing the law that were left on the floor today."
George Bush and Michael Chertoff have deliberately failed to secure the borders. Congress authorized (2006 budget) 2,000 new border patrol agents each year for 5 years but Bush cut the numbers back to 210, not enough to replace those agents lost to attrition.
And Chertoff was praised by Bush for his role in implementing the SPP (Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America), which would work toward relaxing the borders in order to facilitate the flow of trade and cheap labor.[1]
Bush has allowed up to six million illegals to cross our southern border under his watch, a violation of his oath of office to defend our nation's borders. And this new bill would only reduce illegal immigration by about 25 percent, if enforced, according to the CBO (Congressional Budget Office). Here"s hoping that we can prevent any more damage to our nation, at home and overseas, while he completes his term.
All Americans who took part in standing up for our nation deserve the highest praise. You are the only reason this assault on America was stopped. History was changed.

The call for all legal (and illegal) immigrants to learn English, assimilate into the American culture and become citizens is not going to happen. The reason is that all immigrants (mostly from Mexico) will become citizens of North America. So will the citizens of the United States and Canada. We will all be North Americans. We will have a government that exercises sovereignty over the three member states. And we will be on the fast track to that goal as soon as the latest amnesty bill is passed by Congress.
For Mexicans it means the ability "to live and work" in America or Canada, eventually. That's why the Council on Foreign Relations plan for Building a North American Community calls for the U.S. to "implement the Social Security Totalization Agreement negotiated by the United States and Mexico," now. [CFR p. 27]
With this agreement millions of illegals and their dependents and survivors in Mexico could qualify for U.S. Social Security payments. Bush has not signed it due to opposition in Congress but an effort was made in the last immigration bill to credit Mexican immigrants, including illegals, with Social Security contributions.
The totalization agreement would also credit illegal Mexicans for contributions made to the program. Under this agreement "...unauthorized illegal immigrants could qualify for benefits with as few as 6 coverage credits as opposed to the previously required 40, combined with earnings from Mexico."
Although we come from three separate, formerly sovereign nations, with significant differences, especially Mexico, we will become North Americans. In case it didn't register, that is what the government/corporate alliance was all about the last few years as they beat the multicultural drum and gave us that 1984 slogan, "Diversity is Our Strength.' The European Union is currently utilizing the same propaganda.
With social security coverage, the CFR plan wants, by 2010, to create a "North American preference."
"Canada, the United States, and Mexico should agree on streamlined immigration and labor mobility that enables citizens of all three countries to work elsewhere in North America with far fewer restrictions than immigrants from other countries." [CFR, p. 27]
And by 2010, "move to full labor mobility between Canada and the United States."
"To make companies based in North America as competitive as possible in the global economy, Canada and the United States should consider eliminating all remaining barriers to the ability of their citizens to LIVE AND WORK IN THE OTHER COUNTRY (my caps). This free flow of people would give them access to a larger pool of skilled labor,...In the longer term, the two countries should work to extend this policy to Mexico as well, though doing so will not be practical until wage differentials between Mexico and its two North American neighbors have diminished considerably." [CFR, pp. 27,28] Bush and his corporate masters are working hard to lower American wages and make this a reality.
So no one has to assimilate. All North Americans will eventually be free to roam the continent where they can compete for jobs at low wages and set up housekeeping.
This trading state will continue to absorb sovereignty from the member states, like the European Union is doing to its member states, although it is much further down that road. With a 300 page constitution, it is in the process of taking over criminal justice, planning for a single president and a single foreign policy.
Corporations will utilize the cheapest workers available in North America, including the professions. This new superstate will be a geographical area where big business runs roughshod over workers, the environment, health and safety.
It will be a hostile world, with violence between competing groups. This is already happening in California where Latino gangs (many members are illegal aliens) have the "green light" to kill black American citizens in a plan to ethnically cleanse the group from the neighborhood, a pogrom underway for the last 10 years. Corporate America wants to break up the middle class so it can operate unhindered in its quest for profits. They want a world in which the workers are dependent on them for their livelihood. The working class is there to serve them.
North American insitutions will govern them and those safeguards that were in the Constitution for American citizens will be null and void. Bush is busy trying to delete as many as he can, preparing the way (Patriot Act, Military Commisions Act of 2006, overriding Amendment 4 of the Constitution).

The current amnesty bill was put together behind closed doors and is being rushed to a vote without giving senators or the American people a chance to look at it carefully. If it passes both houses and George Bush signs it, that will be the day which will live in infamy, an act of mass betrayal by our elected 'leaders." Politically and geographically, our nation will be on the fast track to oblivion.
This bill will give amnesty to as many as 20 million illegal aliens and open the door to many more over the next few decades. The government will try to secure the borders around the United States within the next 18 months after a bill is signed as a step in the process of integrating North America. The borders will eventually be opened to a free, but orderly flow of commerce and people throughout North America.
I have a version of the draft (May 18, 2007), Secure Borders, Economic Opportunity and Immigration Act of 2007. Sections 122 thru 137 cover establishing a security perimeter around the United States of America.
Each NAFTA member state, Mexico, Canada and the U.S., will be implementing their part of the SPPNA( Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America), which means completing their part of a common security perimeter around North America in order to move ahead with the plan to integrate the three nations.
Under (6), (b), p.16 of the bill, "...the Secretary (U.S.) shall establish a program to ...achieve operational controls of the international borders of the United States to establish a security perimeter known as a 'virtual fence' along such borders to provide a barrier to illegal immigration."
Section 127 The Secretary has the responsibility "...to take all actions necessary and appropriate to achieve and maintain operational control over the entire international land and maritime borders of the United States.
Section133 The Commissioner may diverge from the priority order if the Commissioner determines that significantly changed circumstances, such as immediate security needs or changes in infrastructure in Mexico or Canada, compellingly alter the need for a project in the United States.
Section 413 will have the United States and Canada providing investment (one prediction is $20 billion a year for the next 20 years), loans and programs to improve education, rural economic activities and infrastructure in Mexico. The goal is to raise the wage levels in Mexico while at the same time lowering American wages so the entire population of Mexico won't head north across the border. [p.211 (10)]
S. 3622, The North American Investment Fund Act, covered the same program for Mexico and was sponsored by John Cornyn [R-TX]. He withdrew the bill in 2006 when told that it was part of creating a North American Union. In fact, he participated, with full knowledge, in the CFR plan for Building a North American Community (union) in 2004 and was congratulated for his efforts.
The Heritage Foundation estimates that, using 12 million illegals as a starting point, the total cost to American taxpayers will be $2.2 trillion for the cost of federal, state and local benefits. The cost, of course, will be much higher, considering that a minimum of 60 million more immigrants (workers) will be needed over the next 20 years, not counting the family members.
Adding that many uneducated, poor people will cause massive destruction to our nation. The partial list includes: pollution, water shortage, collapse of social security, more hospitals closing down acoss the nation, an explosion of criminal activity beyond the ability of local police to control, and a population which refuses to assimilate because of their desire to reconquer the Southwest U.S. (and beyond), which was taken from them in the Mexican/American War of 1848.
The result will be a Balkanization and breakup of America. The demographics clearly support this. "...for the first time in history, the Caucasian race is no longer reproducing itself. No European country is reproducing its population; nor are Caucasians in North America reproducing themselves. [World Trend Research]
Or, as that racist Professor Jose Angel Gutierrez, University of Texas, Arlington, put it: "We are millions. We just have to survive. We have an aging white America. They are not making babies. They are dying. It's a matter of time. The explosion is in our population."
This is it, America. It can be your finest hour or you can let your nation die and condemn those who follow you to exist in a land filled with poverty and violence, a land in which citizens have nothing left to believe in.

Mexico's invasion of America was declared by a journalist years after illegal workers began moving in large numbers across the United States border. On July 20, 1982, Carlos Loret de Mola published his article in Excelsior, a Mexico City newspaper. He called it "The Great Invasion: Mexico Recovers Its Own." Later the name Reconquista was attached and it caught on with the people heading north. Check out the banners in some of the illegal alien demonstrations and you will see 'Reconquista' and 'This Continent is Ours, Not Yours' displayed. The following excerpts describe the mindset of the millions of illegals who have entered the United States over the past two decades:
"Los Angeles, California. This is the second largest Mexican city in the world for the number of compatriots there, and it must have as many Spanish-speakers as Madrid. The Anglo-Saxons are still the most numerous (not any more) and there are a lot of Negroes (diminished now by Latino ethnic cleansing), but the numerical advance of Mexicans is astonishing...On the streets one has the impression of a great Mexican city...When did the Mexicanization of Los Angeles begin?'
"A peaceful mass of people, hardworking, carries out slowly and patiently an unstoppable invasion, the most important in human history. You cannot give me a similar example of such a large migratory wave by an ant-like multitude, stubborn, unarmed, and carried on in the face of the most powerful and best-armed nation on earth.
"But neither barbed-wire fences, nor aggressive border guards, nor campaigns, nor laws, nor police raids against the undocumented, have stopped this movement of the masses that is unprecedented in any part of the world.

America's "...industrial power and way of living absorbs immigrants and readily converts them to nationals. But the Mexicans in the southern part of this nation continue to be Mexicans and even to impress their personality on their surroundings, in limited proportions and yet ever growing.
"California society does not dare suppress them. The efforts of misguided authorities to expel them always end in failure. They (the Chicanos) are a social and physical reality that cannot be uprooted.
"The U.S. upper classes in the western states live in increasing splendor. Their apogee of luxury and comfort doubtlessly marks the inevitable beginning of their decadence. The Mexican invasion continues.
"And those humble Mexicans-the braceros, the "wetbacks," the undocumented, teach us with their example of tough, iron-like character and their spirit of great adventure how to overcome a hostile environment. Let us imitate them from within the Mexico that belongs to us."
How can anyone support a "comprehensive" immigration bill (amnesty) when you know it's really America's death warrant.
"A trinational merger is underway that leaps beyond the single market that NAFTA envisioned and, in many ways, would constitute a single state, called simply, North America." [Miguel Pickard, August 24, 2005]
The leaders of America, Canada and Mexico are committing this illegal act by stealth and are using psychological conditioning in order to persuade citizens to embrace this new political state. This is not so much for older adults, who still have a love for their country, but for the current generation in school and their children.
Pickard is probably right about the name. If you were paying attention the last few years, you could not miss the increasing references to globalization, global economy, and North America being used by advertisers.
In the U.S., both corporations and government are exposing citizens to these terms. Ashley Furniture, for example, says they are the largest furniture store in North America, not America. And a recent ad on an American cable company announced that a movie would soon be opening throughout North America.
More companies are adding North America to their name. A can of Planters Cashews has a label that reads: KRAFT FOODS NORTH AMERICA, KRAFT FOODS GLOBAL, INC, and, oh yeah, some place called East Hanover, N.J. USA.
Robert Pastor, the man who developed this plan for a North American Community, testified before a hearing of the Subcommittee on the Western Hemisphere, U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee, June 9, 2005:
"North American governments can learn from the EU's [European Union] efforts to establish EU Educational and Research Centers in the United States. Centers for North American studies in the United States, Canada, and Mexico would help people in all three countries to understand the problems and the potential of an integrated North America.---and to think of themselves as North Americans. Scholarships should encourage North American students to study in each other's country. Until a new conciousness of North America's promise takes root [that means the propaganda takes effect], many of these proposals will remain impractical."
Note: Pastor, in his testimony, also praised Senator Richard Lugar [R-IN], S. 853, and Senator John Cornyn [R-TX], S. 3622, for their [stealth] legislation that would provide a big step toward completing this North American union.
The plan for reeducating American citizens to view North America as a good thing is spelled out in the Council on Foreign Relations task force report on Building a North American Community. The EU utilized the same tactics to dupe the Europeans and they are still in play today in advertising and in the school systems throughout the union's member states.
On page 29 of the CFR plan is a call to "develop a network of centers for North American Studies...We recommend that the three governments open a competition and provide grants to universities in each of the three countries to promote courses, education and research on North America and assist elementary and secondary schools in teaching about North America...To supplement this effort, a student summit should be held periodically in each of the three countries."
These summits have been taking place. Students from 10 universities in all three NAFTA states recently participated in a North American model parliament with students role playing in making laws for North America.
Christine Frechette, organizer (along with Robert Pastor) of the parliament, said, "We decided to work more with young people because we knew it would be harder to change the way of working within the official organizations, so we decided to work with the next generation...We see this as a way to really get our students more excited about being part of the larger North America."
Marlon Brown, a former participant from Canada: "The Triumvirate (model parliament) gave me a very practical lesson about North American integration...While I was there, I truly felt as if I was practicing for the roles I would play later on in life." The next model parliament is scheduled for May 20 to25 at American University.

Another way to indoctrinate the young students into becoming North Americans is to "develop teacher exchange training programs for elementary and secondary school teachers. This would assist in removing language barriers and give some students a greater sense of a North American identity. This would be a great idea since Spanish is the primary language now in many parts of America and will be nationwide in the next few decades. Those who are working to add 60+ million more immigrants (mostly Latinos) before 2050 understand the need to communicate with the dominant culture.
Citizens in European countries went through the same process of being lied to by their leaders when they were told all that was being created was a common market. Now the European Parliament and Council pass 80 percent of the legislation for the European Union and has added more areas in which to exert sovereignty over the member states in their 300 page constitution. All members of the EU government take an oath to work for the EU and not their home country. Laws passed by the EU are binding on every person in the member states.

Maddox is talking about Latino gangs who are carrying out ethnic cleansing of blacks from "their " neighborhoods, using various forms of intimidation, including murder. Many blacks have left the inner city and moved to the suburbs for safety. Those left behind are targets of the Mexican Mafia, which has given the "green light" to L.A. Latino gangs, 22,000 strong, to kill blacks.
Latino gangs have been conducting a terror campaign against blacks in Los Angeles for over ten years. The violence is not confined to Los Angeles. Latino gang members in Carlsbad, California and in Fresno were charged with hate crimes after attacking black citizens. In Fresno, they shot a black man and said, "We don't like your kind of people on our street."
Former L.A. County Deputy District Attorney Michael Camacho: "There's absolutely no motive absent the color of their skin."
Tony Rafael, L.A. gang expert: "...they (Latino gangs)don't want their neighborhoods infested with blacks, as if it's an infestation. It's pure racial animosity that manifests itself in a policy of a major criminal organization."
Fourteen-year-old African American Cheryl Green was gunned down by members of the 204th Street gang in December of last year. Ernesto Alcarez and Jonathan Fajardo are charged with special circumstances murder, attempted murder (wounding her friends), and hate crimes. Cheryl Green's mother: "All I'm saying is that the gangs here have let it be known that they hate black people. They have written it on the walls, grafitti-ed the ground, and put it online, on the web."
Blacks (American citizens) in Harbor Gateway don't have freedom of movement in their neighborhood. They are told to not cross 204th Street. They also cannot shop at the Del Amo market. But it doesn't matter since the Latino gangs have been given the green light to exterminate black Americans whenever they can.

The United States Government Accountability Office "identified a population of 55,322 aliens that had entered the country illegally and were still illegally in the country at the time of their incarceration in federal or state prison or local jail during the fiscal year 2003."
The study found that "they were arrested at least a total of 459,614 times, averaging about 8 arrests per illegal alien. Although there are plenty of amnesty supporters who would challenge all such claims, even the GAO study, the fact is that these criminal acts are common. In Central Florida many of the names you hear on newscast crime reports are Hispanic, mostly from Mexico, but also from Central America.
The immigrants keep pouring in, both legal and illegal, working on jobs like construction, roofing, housekeeping and tree trimming for power companies. They even enter Kennedy Space Center (NASA) each day (still active as of October 2006) through all four gates, with their green cards and no one speaking English, to work on the VAB roof.
George Bush knows these crimes against American citizens are happening across our nation but he has refused to secure the border from day one of his administration. Its just the cost of doing business (for corporations).
As I have repeated many times, Bush wants to increase the number of immigrants entering the U.S. as part of the merger of Canada, Mexico and the United States. This trading state would be run by organizations now being put into place and institutionalized. The NAFTA trade tribunal would become permanent, the "institutionalized" NACC (North American Competitiveness Council) is now operational and directing the three leaders in setting up this union of North America. George Bush has allowed the rape and slaughter of our citizens by foreign invaders without making any attempt to stop them. He has clearly violated Article IV, section 4 of the United States Constitution.

The President has, with full knowledge of the consequences of his actions, failed to secure the border with Mexico in the midst of continuing massive illegal immigration, plus an invasion [Reconquista] of America, proudly proclaimed by Mexicans and Mexican/Americans.

Radical groups like La Raza, funded by the Ford Foundation, and MEchA (Chicano Student Movement of Aztlan) gain political office and promote this reconquest of the Southwest. That "comprehensive immigration bill" for 2007, aka The Trojan Horse Bill, that Ted Kennedy and John McCain are working on is "a revised version of S. 2611 that passed the Republican controlled Senate last year." And S. 2611, the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act of 2006, also has a bill in it that Republican members of the Senate tried to sneak through Congress in 2006. That bill, quietly inserted into S. 2611, will put a common security perimeter around America, Canada, and Mexico. The result will be open borders and the rapid development of a North American Union.
The bill, S. 853, known as the "North American Cooperative Security Act," was sponsored by Richard Lugar [[R-IN] and contains language setting up this perimeter. The Secretary of State has the responsibility of carrying out "all of the activities described in this Act."
Read the bill, especially the first 5 pages and pages 18,19. Then go to S. 2611 and SEC. 113 Reports On Improving The Exchange Of Information On North American Security, (3) Visa Policy On Coordination And Immigration Security, then (E), which reads: "...developing and implementing an immigration security strategy for North America that works toward the development of a common security perimeter by enhancing technical assistance for programs and systems to support automated reporting and risk targeting of international passengers."
The information found on S. 2611 and S. 853 came directly from the CFR plan for Building a North American Community (a union). Specific reference to a common security perimeter can be found on pp. 3,8.
S. 2611, SEC 114, (b), 1,2-Improving The Security Of Mexico's Southern Border, also has wording that would have the United States aid Mexico in securing its border with Belize and Guatemala, which will be a part of the common security perimeter around North America. See pages 18,19 in S. 853.
NOTE: A later edition of S. 853 is numbered differently. Reference to a "common security perimeter" can be found in SEC, 3, (7), (E). [SEC. 5 contains wording on Mexico securing its border with Belize and Guatemala.]
More parts of the plan to build this North American Union can be found in S. 2611. Although the Totalization of Social Security Agreement (CFR plan, p. 27), has not been signed by Bush due to opposition in Congress, there is wording in the bill which calls for giving credit to illegal aliens for payments made to Social Security even though fraudulent documents were used.
Other bills to look for in S. 2611 that are part of the plan for the North American Union are: S. 2691, the SKIL Act of 2006, which will bring about a flood of foreign high tech professionals (cheap labor, many from India) and S. 3622, the North American Investment Fund Act, which will build up the infrastructure of Mexico in order to increase wages there, while America continues to hire cheap labor so that the "...wage differentials between Mexico and its two North American neighbors [will] have diminished considerably." [CFR plan, p.28]
Call your senator. Demand that this "Kennedy/McCain Crime Against America Act" be defeated. If the wording in S. 2611 hasn't been changed from last year and Congress passes it, then it's over.
The borders will be opened and the free flow of people will be a fact. Cheap labor will unload ships from ports on the Mexican west coast bringing products made with cheap labor from Asia and delivered by thousands of trucks driven by cheap Mexican labor to destinations throughout America and Canada. And a new corporate government will have a growing sovereignty over North America. Then it's all downhill.
George Bush and the NACC (North American Competitiveness Council) are working hard in 2007 to step up the integration of America, Canada, and Mexico into a trading state (North American Union) before Americans become aware of the criminal nature of their plan and rise up to stop them. If the conspirators succeed, the American worker will be the big loser and the 'American Dream" will be just that.
When the President talks about NAFTA (the setup for this union), all he can say is that the volume of trade went up. That's it. What also happened was that NAFTA turned an American trade surplus with Mexico and Canada into a continuing trade deficit.
And, thanks to NAFTA, American wages have fallen and 3 million good-paying manufacturing jobs have been lost to outsourcing, illegal immigration (Mexico, Central America), and special visa programs that import high tech workers.
Wages for jobs in construction, packing plants, and manufacturing have continued to drop as American corporations hire illegals (illegally) and pay them less than American workers, often with no benefits.
Technology workers, including engineers, are losing their jobs to outsourcing (India is a favorite recruiting ground). Companies are also hiring foreign engineers to immigrate to the U.S. and replace American workers under H-1B and other visa programs.
"American companies are allowed to bring in skilled foreigners on H-1B visas to fill vacant positions for which there are no qualified American workers. At least, that's how it was supposed to work. In reality, American programmers are available for the jobs, but companies prefer to hire foreign workers because of their willingness to work for lower wages and fewer benefits." Mike Emmons, a Siemens worker who was replace by a foreigner said: "These people are putting Americans out of work. They brought the employees into a room and told them what was going to happen and that they were going to train them (foreigners) and they held out a carrot and said if you don't stay and train them you won't get your severance.
"Every night I go to bed and think about what our Congress has done to Americans. I go to bed and I just lay there and think, my God, they turned on us like this."
Senator John Cornyn [R-TX], sponsored Senate Bill 2691 on May 2, 2006 to increase the number of H-1B highly skilled foreign professionals in the U.S. working for American companies. Silicon Valley is scooping up this high tech cheap labor as fast as it can, even if Americans are available.
This is a deliberate attempt by the Bush/corporate alliance to bring American wages down so that the North American Union will be ready to compete against Asia when the structure of the union, if not the name, will be in place by 2010.
For an idea of how tough the foreign competition is in regards to wages, consider that hundreds of multinational corporations have moved their manufacturing plants to Asia, in particular China, where labor is real cheap, the hours are long, and the workers, mostly young women, don't complain. I received an email from a reader in Germany last year who said that what is happening to America today is exactly what happened to his country. The conspirators kept telling the people that these agreements would improve the economies of the member states and would not affect sovereignty.
Now they have a European Union with a huge constitution signed by most of the members of the union. And power continues to increase for the union's government in all areas, including law enforcement.
A union requires open borders. The move toward a North American Union began on March 23, 2005 in Waco, Texas when the leaders of America, Canada and Mexico agreed to the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America. Official announcements were made on the websites of each government, using terms like integration and harmonization of most functions (things you do when you want a union). The media carried the story on the back pages or not at all.
This "partnership" is based on the plan for Building a North American Community, being put together in the U.S. by members and associates of the Council on Foreign Relations and by CFR members of the Bush Administration (Cheney, Condoleezza Rice). Members of Congress (Republicans) have either contributed to the plan or sponsored bills that would implement it(Senators John Cornyn, Richard Lugar, Representative Katherine Harris to name a few).
The bill sponsored by Lugar (S.853) would put a security perimeter around all three nations, allowing for open borders among the member states. With open borders, there would be that free travel of goods, services, investments and labor. According to the CFR plan, citizens of all three nations could "live and work" in any member state. They would be citizens of the North American Union and the borders between nations would be like that between Alabama and Georgia. The Bush administration, working with corporate America and a Democratic Congress, seems likely to pass a bill sometime this year that will give amnesty to most, if not all, illegal aliens in the 'current' United States. If that happens, watch the border and hope that there isn't a SURGE north.
The amnesty bill does not provide the structure (system, equipment and people) or the money to manage the massive log jam and impossible task of finding and verifying information on 20 million people. Those in charge can't handle what they have now.

Just to clarify a fact for those of you still engaged in debate over how our government can secure the border with Mexico and stop the invasion, consider this: George Bush, Nancy Pelosi, Congressional Democrats, Republican leaders, corporations, the media, the Catholic church and others want open borders. You, the American people, are not in the equation.
As George Bush, speaking before the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Albuquerque, New Mexico on August 15, 2001, said: "Oh, I know there's some voices out there who want to wall us off from Mexico." Instead of securing our borders as required by the U.S. Constitution, Bush stated, "...it's so important for us to tear down barriers and walls that might separate Mexico from the United States." As this tragedy plays out and the insanity in the White House continues on its destructive path at home and abroad, we have no one to protect us from this enemy within.
While the Mexicans and others from south of the border inundate America, those who committed their betrayal of America and its citizens will discover that this new power bloc will, in the future, not be giving their votes to the Republicans or the Democrats, the peace and prosperity that the corporate globalists say will occur, won't, America will become Balkanized, with Mexicans becoming the dominant group in the Western U.S. and in many enclaves across the nation. Spanish will be the primary language. And there will be violence.
Since the trading state is designed for the ruling corporate elite, the people will have no one to hear their appeal. They will have nothing left to believe in and much to fear.
George Bush wants to have Mexican workers in America, both legal and illegal, under U.S. Social Security. This project is part of the plan to merge America, Canada, and Mexico into a union by 2010 and allow for citizens from all three member states to "live and work" anywhere within the union.
He has been waiting to sign a Totalization of Social Security Agreement between America and Mexico since June 29, 2004, after Commissioner Jo Anne Barnhart signed on, along with her Mexican counterpart. The agreement has been endorsed by the Council on Foreign Relations in its blueprint for Building a North American Community. Page 27 of the task force report reads:
"Implement the Social Security Totalization Agreement negotiated between the United States and Mexico. This agreement would recognize payroll contributions to each other's system, thus preventing double taxation."
There was considerable opposition at that time from Congressman J.D. Hayworth [R-CD5], who sponsored (with 40 co-sponsors) House Resolution 20, which expresses the disapproval of Congress. Once Bush submits the agreement to Congress, it has 60 days to pass the resolution. Unfortunately, Congressman Hayworth, a strong opponent of illegal immigration, was defeated in the 2006 election.
Bush wants Mexican workers under Social Security in order to pay for the retiring baby boomers. Analysts estimate at least 60 million workers from Mexico and other third world countries (not counting dependents) will be needed over the next 20 years. He believes (mistakenly) that this will solve the problem.
In fact, these mostly uneducated immigrants are a huge net drain on the economy with their liberal use of our welfare and penal systems. And, of course, their allegiance is not to America but to a de facto expansion of the Mexican state through demographic dominance.
Bush and his co-conspirators also need to have a large force of cheap labor in place by 2010, mostly from south of the border so that the "...wage differentials between Mexico and its two North American neighbors (U.S.and Canada) [will] have diminished considerably." This generally lower wage scale throughout North America, besides providing more profits for corporations, is to insure that there is no stampede north by half of the population of Mexico to the land of the gringo. It's been reported that the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act of 2006 (S,2611) contains provisions that would allow Mexican workers to receive credit for Social Security contributions paid into their account even if they were working illegally, had used a false ID or a stolen Social Security card. Once S.2611 is passed by the Democrats and a minority of Republicans, then signed by Bush, it will be easier to implement the Totalization of Social Security Agreement.
Under this totalization plan, according to the GAO, the Social Security Administration "...did not directly consider the estimated millions of unauthorized workers in the U.S."
Under this agreement. "...unauthorized illegal immigrants could qualify for Social Security benefits with as few as 6 coverage credits as opposed to the previously required 40, combined with earnings from Mexico.
"Additionally, the illegal worker could qualify for partial benefits after only 18 months while the American worker would still have to work 10 years in order to vest. And further, to benefits being paid out to just the worker, family members of Mexican workers would be entitled to benefits as dependents and survivors, even if not residing in the U.S. [Latest Totalization Agreement Threatens Social Security, Diane M. When the borders are opened in (2010?) every citizen will be considered a North American, not just a Mexican, American, or Canadian. As Robert Pastor, the evil genius behind this trading state of North America would put it, don't think of yourself as American, think North American. Everything is falling into place, just like the European Union.
