Most of these failed bills since 2005 have included mandates to put a common security perimeter around the continent and open our borders to an integrated trading region of North America, with governing institutions above the formerly sovereign nations. If such a bill passes, it will set in motion forces that will result in the deconstruction of the United States, geographically and politically.
